Moderator of this discussion is Dr. Lili Romli, M.Si. Prediction of politic map after general election 2009 based on quick count from Indonesia Survey Institution, describe 3 big parties, such as Democrat (20,5%), PDIP (14,2%),and GOLKAR (14%). Middle parties, such as PKS (8%), PAN (5,8%), PPP (6,4%), PKB (5,1%), GERINDRA (4,5%), HANURA (3,8%). Sri Budi Eko Wardani explains that general election 2009 is viewed as general election with bad implementation during reformation era. The indications are weakness of control from General Election Commission about distribution the ballot for voting, many people unlisted as an elector, weakness of socialization vote counting and then have to reimplementation the vote counting. General Election Commission loss their integrity to determine the elected legislative candidate.

Democrat Party at the head of the poll and Sri Budi Eko Wardani response, ”Role major of government is at Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono figure (from Democrat Party), so society thinks that the successful government comes from Democrat. People may not see that the other parties also work for government.” According to Miftah Sabri, Democrat won because they start to enter the village. Miftah Sabri adds that GOLKAR and PDIP hold out because those parties get major vote from villagers. PKS don’t enter the village yet, so they only get small vote. PAN starts to enter the village. Eep Saefulloh, said that many people vote for Democrat because they want Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono become president again.
“Coalition has to be formed based on the same vision and mission to prevent member of House Representative criticize policy of government in same coalition party. Coalition party has to make a good effect at government and House of Representative”, said Prof.Dr.Maswadi Rauf,MA.
