Most U.S. residents say the growth of online shopping over the last decade is a positive change, according to a recent Pew Research Center report. More than half of all U.S. residents say online shopping is a positive innovation, while 15 percent of all residents say it has brought a change for the worse.

Most young Americans say online shopping is a good thing, but about a fifth of all young Americans say it’s not good.

Is online shopping prevalent in your area? Have small business owners suffered from the growth of online shopping? If online shopping is not prevalent, do people wish it were?
