Most U.S. residents say the growth of online shopping over the last decade is a positive change, according to a recent Pew Research Center report. More than half of all U.S. residents say online shopping is a positive innovation, while 15 percent of all residents say it has brought a change for the worse.

Most young Americans say online shopping is a good thing, but about a fifth of all young Americans say it’s not good.
