<li>Information We Collect: In addition to User Postings (as such term is defined in the Terms of Use) submitted to UPIU, we collect the following types of information from you:

<li>When you register with UPIU to create a profile, you will be asked to provide UPIU with certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, e-mail address, password (all such information shall be referred to herein as “Personal Information”), and other information UPIU may ask you to provide such as your ZIP code, educational background, and age.</li>
<li>We also collect the information set forth below related to the traffic generated on our site. You may terminate your account at any time, although your information may remain stored in archive on our servers even after the deletion or the termination of your account.

<li>Once you register with UPIU, and submit any Personal Information to UPIU, UPIU will display some of this Personal Information, such as your name, user name, and University attending and all such other information UPIU may allow you to post in a public profile (all such information you are able to include in a public profile shall be collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Public Profile Information”). Such Public Profile Information will be accessible on the Internet to all users and visitors of the UPIU Web site. We are not responsible in any way for any Public Profile Information you provide to us which appears on the Web site.</li>
<li>We may use your Personal Information and other information we collect from you in the following ways:

<li>As defined in the UPIU Terms of Use, User Postings means any content and materials you submit or otherwise make available on the UPIU Web site, including without limitation, any writings, photographs, audio, video and any other material you submit. Please be careful about the content you include in your User Postings, as such User Postings be displayed on the Internet in a publicly accessible manner. We are not responsible in any way for any User Postings you choose to submit.</li>

<li>Please note that on the UPIU Web site links may be provided to other Web sites, including on ads appearing on the Web site. <li>Changes to your Personal Information

<li>As a registered user to UPIU, generally, you may review your Personal Information and your Public Profile Information that is displayed on the UPIU Web site, and correct, amend, or delete any such information at your discretion. However, certain Personal Information may not be deleted. For instance, any Personal Information that UPIU asks for to confirm your eligibility to use the Web site, such as your age, cannot be deleted, but may be modified with sufficient verification of the correct information. Also, you may not delete your name from your public profile page.</li>

<li>Privacy Policy Changes

<li>UPIU may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do amend the Privacy Policy, we will post the amended policy on the UPIU. Your use or visit to UPIU after such amended policy is posted shall constitute your acceptance of such amended policy.</li>

<li>We have implemented security procedures to help protect the Personal Information that you provide to us. However, no method of transmitting or storing electronic data is ever completely secure. By using the UPIU Web site, you agree that we will have no liability if your Personal Information is disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this policy due to errors in transmission or due to any unauthorized acts of third parties.</li>
