Prof C T Bhunia commented on India makes education a fundamental right No law can guarantee the implementation of fundamental rights in any area. Rather that law, attempts should been taken at political, social and administrative level to spread among the mass, particularly the rural mass about the necessity & benefits of education. Making law is just a eye wash in political motive. I do believe making law & rule, and making law & rule acceptable to society are inherently different.Political administration believes in making law & rule. Genuine administration believes in creating awareness fpr claiming education, right to food, right to live as fundamentals units of good society. Thus Indians must not be delighted for making education as a fundamental rights by LAW>
Prof C T Bhunia commented on West Bengal leader eyes private investment to ease debt I like to add a few comments:
1. History of development says that only investment can not bail out the unemployment & debt. When a person is in debt, he has only three option: to borrow, to beg or to innovate for maximum benefit with minimum investment. West Bengal is badly lacking in last option whereby day by day it is becoming a follower not a leader. The mute reason is that brains in Bengal are not searched and not utilized.
2. Giving option to the investors to directly buy land from farmers is inherently bad in India's context where exploitation is the basic motto of investors. Better option would have been the law guaranteeing farmers giving a share of profit of business of investment. Do not lough. If we can have BARGADAR system in agriculture, we could well have BARGADAR system in Industry.
