Suleiman is a student freelance journalist residing in Nairobi, Kenya. Currently a broadcast journalism major, he has combined a passion for writing and an interest in broadcast to create a growing portfolio. His freelance work includes reporting for UPIU and UPI from Sudan for the 2011 south Sudan referendum as part of a two-man team. He also traveled through Somalia, reporting on the country's educational standards while co-writing special reports about the country in the Africa Review for the Daily Nation. His interests include social advocacy journalism, war coverage, undercover reporting, security and religion.
Suleiman strongly believes in the potential of journalism in Africa and continues to work to that endeavor.

I am very glad to see how well improved the somali business is for the last 5 years. people are really doing well on business specailly small madium size business which is very vital in our dialy lives. but what the kenyan governement should do is to take their role on developing the country. speciall emproving the infrusture ( building roads, parkings, to separate the people and the cars to reduce the trafic jam.. specially the very populated ereas would only use the people and make cars their own rout and parkings.
