Indian Government still lacks the knowledge of how things really work in a developed nation. At least the Constitutional Rules should be devised in accordance with the entire population of the country. We Indians love gossip as much as anyone else, but when it comes to making important decisions we turn gossip neutral. Gays have no option left than to come out on the streets and scream for being noticed.
