Very interesting article, Arvind, and I think it has a lot of potential. Can you explain a few things:
-what is Gram Panchayat?
-why was this call center (centre is the British spelling) opened? Was it related to the increase in the suicide rates of farmers?
-how is the call center funded?
-how does Mukesh Kumar know that 90% of the calls received are solved and what are some examples of problems that were solved? (quotes from farmers would be nice)
-how much of India is agricultural? what are far-reaching consequences of this call center effort?
